March 28, 2012 - We obtained a summary judgment of non-infringement for patent defense client Tickets.com and then participated in the invalidity phase of trial, which resulted in a jury verdict invalidating all of the plaintiff's asserted patents. May 23, 2011 - Our team won a substantial patent infringement verdict for a developer of antennas for wireless devices following a trial against global technology giant Samsung Electronics. March 17, 2011 - Attorneys from Ward & Smith secured a sizeable verdict upholding six patent infringement claims against wireless telephone powerhouse Verizon. Cheetah Omni LLC v.
